Conversion of a 3 derelict oak framed cottages into a single liveable dwelling, incorporating a mix of contemporary and traditional design.

Works included installation of structurally reinforced floor slab incorporating underfloor heating. Underpinning. Extensive brickwork repairs including Helibar stitching. Repair and restoration to external structural oak frame. Reclaimed brick work in traditional lime mortar. External Lime render. Insulation to walls and celling’s while maintaining the appearance of feature beams, purlins and rafters. Complete reroofing. Bespoke external windows and doors. Construction of contemporary single story extension using reclaimed materials. Extensive external works and landscaping. Erection of oak framed garage.
